- 1 pint Crab meat
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 TB Asian chili sauce such as Sambal
- 2 TB chopped fresh Parsley
- Juice of ½ Lime
- 3 sticks of chopped Celery
- Pinch of Salt and 2 pinches of Pepper to taste
- In frig. for at least 2 hours before using.
- 4 Avocados halved, pitted, extracted as whole half pieces.
Procedure
- Make Crab mixture and chill
- Plate Avocado halves
- Scope Crab mixture on top of Avocados
